反向间接血凝是细菌,病毒等传染病早期快速,准确的血清学技术。我们应用目前国内常用的DEAE纤绕素提纯流脑抗体,氯化铬—发致敏血球,并在临床对十余名疑似流脑病人作早期、快速诊断,获得满意结果。本文反向间接血凝采用离子交换剂DEAE纤绕素离心法提取A群流脑抗体,并经氯化铬—发致敏血球,与相应流脑提纯抗原作方阵滴度,其滴度达819200,比菌凝效价提高1280位。以提纯抗体致敏血球与四叠球菌,葡萄球菌,黄色蔡氏菌
Reverse indirect hemagglutination is an early, rapid and accurate serological technique for infectious diseases such as bacteria and viruses. We use the current domestic commonly used DEAE Cellulose purification of meningitis antibodies, chromium chloride - hair allergenic blood cells, and more than a dozen suspected patients with suspected meningitis in early, rapid diagnosis, and get satisfactory results.
