目的:研究兴化莳萝地上部分的化学成分。方法:应用色谱方法分离,通过波谱技术鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从该植物地上部分的乙醇提取物中分离并鉴定了9个化合物,结构分别为:3β-acetyloxy-16-hydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid(1),9(11),12-dieneoleana-3β-ol(2),9,19-cyclolanaost-24-en-3-one(3),9,19-cycloergost-23-en-3,25-diol(4),豆甾醇(5),falcarindiol(6),邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯(7),β-谷甾醇(8),β-胡萝卜苷(9)。结论:化合物1为新天然产物,化合物2~9为首次从该种植物中得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of the above-ground part of Xinghua dill. Methods: Chromatographic methods were used to isolate the structures of compounds by spectroscopic techniques. Results: Nine compounds were isolated and identified from the ethanol extract of aerial parts of the plant. The structures were: 3β-acetyloxy-16-hydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid(1), 9(11), 12 -dieneoleana-3β-ol(2),9,19-cyclolanaost-24-en-3-one(3),9,19-cycloergost-23-en-3,25-diol(4), stigmasterol (5 ), falcarindiol (6), diisooctyl phthalate (7), β-sitosterol (8), β-carotene (9). Conclusion: Compound 1 is a new natural product. Compounds 2-9 are obtained from this plant for the first time.
