我单位1台大吨位吊管机,在进行管道施工连续作业时,常出现液压油温过高现象,我们对该机液压系统进行了改进,并最终解决了这一难题。1.液压系统结构改进前,吊管机液压系统主要由起升机构、变幅机构、配重缸、双向平衡阀、多路换向阀、先导控制阀、三联齿轮泵等组成,如图1所示。起升机构用于吊管机吊钩的升降,变幅机构用于吊臂变幅,配重缸用于调节配重距离。液控换向阀用于对吊管机起升机构、变幅机构、配重缸的控制,由先导油路的先导阀操控。

Before the hydraulic system structure is improved, the hydraulic system of the pipelayer is composed of lifting mechanism, luffing mechanism, counterweight cylinder, two-way balance valve, multi-way valve, pilot control valve and triple gear pump. As shown. Lifting mechanism is used to lift the hook of the pipelayer, the luffing mechanism is used to luff the boom, and the counterweight is used to adjust the counterweight distance. Hydraulic control valve is used to control the lifting mechanism, luffing mechanism and counterweight of the pipelayer, controlled by the pilot valve of the pilot oil path.
