本文从广义的资源分类入手提出了生态经济系统的六个组成要素：资源要素、环境要素、人口要素、资本要素、科技要素、信息要素，并对各个要素的基本属性作了分析。然后，根据排他性、强制性、有偿性、分割性这四个指标，分析了生态经济系统各个组成要素的公共性强弱。结论是：环境要素、信息要素具有强的公共性，称之为公共物品；资源要素、科技要素具有效强的公共性，称之为混合物品；人口要素、资本要素具有弱的公共性，称之为私人物品。
In this paper, six components of eco-economic system are proposed from the broad classification of resources: resource elements, environmental elements, population elements, capital elements, scientific elements and information elements, and the basic attributes of each element are analyzed. Then, according to the four indicators of exclusivity, compulsion, compensation and division, the public strength of each component of eco-economic system is analyzed.
