本文对9个冬小麦亲本及其20个杂交后代的5个品质性状进行了测试分析,结果子代(F_1)的籽粒蛋白质含量及沉淀值(SDS)在很大程度上受亲本平均水平的影响,尤其受高亲本的制约;F_1和F_2两世代间5个品质性状的相关系数均达显著水平,表明F_1代品质性状好的组合,其F_2代的表现可能较好;小麦的品质性状与单株产量均呈负相关,其中SDS沉淀值与单株产量的负相关达显著水平.杂交组合间干面筋含量的差异有较大部分可由一般配合力效应说明,而特殊配合力的贡献则较小,其余3个品质性状(蛋白质含量、湿面筋含量和单位面筋沉淀值SGS)的一般配合力方差与特殊配合力方差在5%水平上无显著差异.
In this paper, five quality traits of nine winter wheat parents and their 20 hybrid progenies were tested and analyzed.
