基于半刚性沥青路面裂缝病害严重状况,研究荷载作用下的沥青路面结构层受拉情况。利用ANSYS有限元软件对沥青路面结构建立有限元模型,研究层间不完全连续状态对路面结构力学响应的影响,并基于层间不连续状态,研究结构参数对路面结构受拉状况的影响,从而为预防半刚性沥青路面裂缝的产生提供一些建议。研究表明:层间摩擦系数每增加0.2,沥青层拉应变减小25.88%;基层厚度每增加5cm,半刚性基层拉应力减小13.53%,沥青层拉应变减小14.17%。因此本文建议半刚性基层厚度应尽量取35cm以上。
Based on the serious condition of cracks in semi-rigid asphalt pavement, the tensile condition of asphalt pavement structure under load was studied. The finite element model of asphalt pavement was built by finite element software ANSYS to study the influence of incomplete continuous layer on the mechanical response of pavement structure. Based on the discontinuity between layers, the influence of structural parameters on the tensile condition of pavement structure was studied. To prevent semi-rigid asphalt pavement cracks provide some suggestions. The results show that for each 0.2% increase in the interfacial friction coefficient, the tensile strain in the asphalt layer decreases by 25.88%. For every 5 cm increase in the base thickness, the tensile stress in the semi-rigid base decreases by 13.53% and the tensile strain in the asphalt layer decreases by 14.17%. Therefore, this paper suggests that the thickness of semi-rigid base should be taken as more than 35cm.
