2.直读式铁谱仪 直读式铁谱仪主要用来直接测定油样中磨粒的浓度和尺寸分布,只能作定量分析,能够方便、迅速而较准确地测定油样内大小磨粒的相对数量,因而能对设备状态作出初步的诊断,是目前设备监测和故障诊断的较好手段之一。如果不仅要了解磨损微粒的数量及分布情况,还要观察分析磨粒的形态、表面形貌和成分等因素,作出较准确的诊断,就需使用分析式铁谱仪。 (1)工作原理 如图9所示,取自机器的油样经浓度及粘度稀释后,在虹吸作用下流经位于磁铁上方的玻璃沉淀管,油样中可磁化微粒在高梯度磁场作用下,依其粒度顺序排列在沉积管内壁不同位置上。在沉积管入口处,即在1~2mm位置上沉积着大于5μm的 2.
