目的:观察昆明山海棠对肾炎大鼠血清中IL-1,IL-6及TNF-α的影响,初步探讨昆明山海棠治疗慢性肾炎的作用机制。方法:将兔抗鼠肾毒血清注射入正常大鼠体内,诱导产生慢性肾小球肾炎,在该模型上,用昆明山海棠给药4周,用双抗夹心ELISA法检测IL-1,IL-6和TNF-α,同时测定相关指标,并设模型对照组及雷公藤和强的松阳性对照。结果:昆明山海棠能显著降低IL-1,IL-6,TNF-α的产生。结论:昆明山海棠治疗慢性肾炎作用机制可能与其对细胞因子的调节有关。
Objective: To observe the effect of Begonia tuberosus on the levels of IL-1, IL-6 and TNF-α in serum of nephritis rats, and to explore the mechanism of action of Begonia tuberosum on chronic nephritis. METHODS: Rabbit anti-mouse nephrotoxic serum was injected into normal rats to induce chronic glomerulonephritis. On this model, the rats were given Kunming Begonia for 4 weeks. The levels of IL-1, IL -6 and TNF-α, at the same time to determine the relevant indicators, and the model control group and Tripterygium and prednisone positive control. Results: Begonia tuberosus could significantly reduce the production of IL-1, IL-6 and TNF-α. Conclusion: The mechanism of action of Kunming Begonia on chronic nephritis may be related to the regulation of cytokines.
