本文介绍了一种X-射线荧光光谱仪熔片法分析铁矿石中TFe成分的方法,该分析方法具有操作简单、分析速度快、节省人力等优点。本文对熔剂类型、熔剂稀释比、是否加内标、内标加入量、脱模剂用量、熔样温度等因子进行分析优化,利用六西格玛工具~([1])配对T检验对我公司炼铁使用的铁矿石中TFe成分分析方法进行研究,通过对化学法和X-射线荧光光谱法两种方法进行比较,最终确定了化学法分析变更到X-射线荧光光谱仪分析铁矿石中TFe的含量,使铁矿石检验满足生产检验数据准确性的同时使分析过程更加快捷、方便,满足我公司生产的要求。
This paper introduces a method of X-ray fluorescence spectrometry melting plate method for the analysis of TFe iron ore composition, the analysis method has the advantages of simple operation, fast analysis, saving manpower and so on. In this paper, we analyzed and optimized flux type, flux dilution ratio, internal standard addition, internal standard addition amount, mold release agent dosage and sample temperature.
