随着社会的不断向前发展,20世纪70年代,各大企业开始重视人本管理,并且随着企业的改革,不断完善。文章通过对企业人本管理的现状研究,突出强调员工才是企业生存和发展的重要资源。再结合煤矿企业的实际情况,深入浅出地解析出人本管理的运用对煤矿企业的运营和发展起着十分重要的作用。
With the continuous development of society, in the 1970s, all the major enterprises began to attach importance to people-based management and continuously improved with the reform of enterprises. Through the study of the status quo of human-based management in enterprises, the article emphasizes that employees are the important resources for the survival and development of enterprises. Combined with the actual situation of coal mines, explain profound theories in simple language to resolve the application of human-based management plays an important role in the operation and development of coal mines.
