为了探讨胚胎中脑黑质或肾上腺髓质移植对一侧黑质损伤的纹状体头端神经元机能活动的影响,本文观察了大鼠一侧黑质破坏前后及移植后,尾核头端的自发电活动和乙酰胆硷(ACh)、阿扑吗啡(Apomorphine)、多巴胺(DA)及β-羟基丁酸钠对尾核单位放电的影响。结果表明:大鼠一侧黑质被破坏后,出现以旋转为主的行为障碍,其受损侧的尾核头端自发电活动明显减弱;在接受同种胚胎中脑或异体肾上腺髓质移植后,大鼠尾核头部自发电活动可恢复到正常水平,对ACh、Apomorphine、DA和β-羟基丁酸钠的反应同正常大鼠。即ACh、Apomorphine显示兴奋作用,而DA,β-羟基丁酸钠则显示抑制效应。提示脑组织和肾上腺髓质移植能有效地改善由于一侧黑质—纹状体通路受损所引起的尾核神经元的机能状态。
In order to investigate the effect of midbrain substantia nigra or adrenal medulla transplantation on functional activity of the striatum neurons on one side of substantia nigra in this study, Effects of spontaneous electrical activity and ACh, Apomorphine, dopamine and β-hydroxybutyrate on the discharge of caudate nuclei. Namely ACh, Apomorphine shows excitement, while DA, β-hydroxybutyrate shows an inhibitory effect. It suggested that brain tissue and adrenal medulla transplantation can effectively improve the functional status of caudate nucleus caused by the damage of one side of substantia nigra and striatum.
