提出了一种适用于我国目前电力体制的CPP决策模型,分析了CPP与可中断负荷的异同。从系统运行角度,通过CPP优化模型确定尖峰费率和尖峰日日期,利用CPP作用机理模型量度用户对尖峰电价的响应,并采用遗传算法进行求解。通过算例表明,CPP可有效削减尖峰负荷,调整月负荷曲线。为判断CPP对不同地区负荷的适用性,分析了单位价格变化量的转移率K对削峰填谷效果的影响。
Proposed a CPP decision model suitable for the current power system in China, and analyzed the similarities and differences between CPP and interruptible load. From the perspective of system operation, the CPP optimization model was used to determine the spike rates and peak day dates. The CPP mechanism model was used to measure users’ response to spikes and the genetic algorithm was used to solve the problem. An example shows that CPP can effectively reduce the peak load and adjust the monthly load curve. In order to judge the applicability of CPP to load in different regions, the effect of the transfer rate K of unit price change on the effect of peak load and valley filling is analyzed.
