目的 探析跟骨骨折患者采用皮空心螺钉内固定结合3D打印技术治疗效果.方法 研究时段为2020年3月~2021年4月,从以上时段选取本院69例跟骨骨折患者为研究样本展开分析,以随机数字表法将其分为常规组(n=34)与观察组(n=35),常规组予以皮空心螺钉内固定治疗,观察组予以3D 打印技术治疗,组间对比两组患者手术相关情况.结果 观察组治疗后手术用时显著短于常规组,术中出血量也少于常规组,P < 0.05;同时观察组患者骨折愈合时间及踝关节功能(Ankle Hindfoot Scale,AOFAS)评分无显著差异,P > 0.05.结论 采取皮空心螺钉内固定结合3D 打印技术,能显著缩短手术时长,还能降低术中出血量,临床应用价值较高.“,”Objective To analyze the treatment effect of calcaneal fracture patients with skin cannulated screw internal fixation combined with 3D printing technology. Methods The study period was from March 2020 to April 2021. From the above period, 69 patients with calcaneal fractures in our hospital were selected as the research samples for analysis, and they were divided into routine group (n=34) and observation by random number table method. In the group (n=35), the conventional group was treated with hollow skin screw internal fixation, and the observation group was treated with 3D printing technology. The operation-related conditions of the two groups were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time after treatment in the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the conventional group, and the amount of intraoperative blood loss was also less than that of the conventional group, P<0.05. At the same time, there was no significant difference in fracture healing time and ankle joint function (AOFAS) scores in the observation group. P>0.05. Conclusion The use of hollow skin screw internal fixation combined with 3D printing technology can significantly shorten the operation time and reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss, which has high clinical application value.
