随着我国教育事业的不断改革,特别是近几年新课改实施以来,教师的教学策略也跟着进行更新,尤其是青年教师,他们年轻具有活力,但是也存在教学能力薄弱,教学水平参差不齐等状况,为了提高青年教师的教学能力和提高教学效果,本文一对微课的制作对青年教师的能力提高的作用进行了分析和研究(语句不同),接下来我以弘毅小学青年教师为例,希望通过本文的研究,可以更好的提高青年教师的能力,促进青年教师的发展。
With the continuous reform of China’s education, especially since the implementation of the new curriculum reform in recent years, the teaching strategies of teachers have also been updated. Especially for young teachers, they are young and energetic, but they also have weak teaching ability and poor teaching standards. In order to improve the teaching ability of young teachers and improve the teaching effect, this paper analyzes and studies the effect of the production of micro-classes on the improvement of young teachers’ abilities (different sentences).
