最近,我们沈阳军区某部通过问卷调查和座谈了解,对所属建制连队2007年党员发展工作情况进行了细致深入的调查分析。从调查结果看,大多数连队党支部都比较重视党员发展工作,能自觉遵守党员发展工作的规定,较好地把住了党员发展这道关口。但也有极少数连队以“适应新形势”为借口,在发展党员问题上忽视甚至违背了党员发展标准的规范性和严肃性,以个人感情代替组织原则,使党员队伍的素质明显下降。
Recently, a certain unit of the Shenyang Military Region conducted a thorough and in-depth investigation and analysis on the work of party members under its own management in 2007 through surveys and informal discussions. According to the survey results, most party branch offices attach more importance to party members’ development and can voluntarily abide by the provisions of the party members’ development work so as to better live the party members’ development of this road. However, a handful of companies even used the pretext of “adapting to the new situation ” as an excuse to ignore nor even violate the normative and serious standards of party members ’development on the issue of developing party members, and instead of organizing the principle with personal feelings, so that the quality of the party members’ team obviously dropped.
