为了进一步做好工程建设项目审批制度改革施工图联合审查工作,近日,陕西省住房和城乡建设厅印发《关于开展全省施工图审查机构换证工作的通知》(以下简称《通知》),就有关事项作出具体要求。《通知》明确,凡取得陕西省施工图审查认定证书的审查机构,均在此次换证范围。
