剧烈干呕、呕吐和其他腹内压力骤然增加引起的胃贲门及食管远端粘膜和粘膜下层撕裂并发出血称为Mallory—Weiss综合征,它是上消化道出血的常见原因之一。随着纤维内镜广泛应用,国内对本病的报道日见增多。本文就我院1982年10月～1986年12月经内镜确诊的6例分析如下。
