改革开放给唐山交通运输业注入了新的生机和活力,使之在环渤海经济区的开放、开发中,较好地发挥了“先行官”的作用。但是,随着九十年代河北省“发挥区域优势,率先发展环渤海、环津京、环铁路三条开放带”战略构想的加快实施,必然对交通运输业提出更高的要求。因此,根据唐山交通体制的实际情况,从发挥交通运输综合服务功能出发,提出了“一城一交”的“大交通”构想。
The reform and opening up injected a new vigor and vitality to the transportation industry in Tangshan so that it played a better role as a “forerunner” in the opening up and development of the Bohai Economic Rim. However, with the quickening implementation of the strategic concept of “taking advantage of the regional advantages and taking the lead in developing the three open zones around the Bohai Rim, Central Tianjin and the Central Railways” in Hebei in the 1990s, Hebei Province will inevitably place higher demands on the transportation industry. Therefore, according to the actual situation of the traffic system in Tangshan, from the perspective of giving full play to the comprehensive transportation service functions, the concept of “big traffic” is proposed.
