采用EBSD技术测定了9Ni钢不同温度淬火后的组织特征。结果显示,9Ni钢室温组织中除了原始奥氏体晶界外,还存在大量的由大角度晶界构成的板条束和板条群界面,此类界面使淬火后的组织显著细化,且随淬火温度的升高而粗化。淬火温度在800℃左右时,粗化趋势较为平缓,平均晶粒尺寸在5μm以内,超过800℃后1~2μm的小晶粒逐渐消失,粗化速度显著加快,1000℃淬火后平均晶粒尺寸达到10μm。
The EBSD technique was used to determine the microstructure of 9Ni steel after quenching at different temperatures. The results show that in addition to the original austenite grain boundaries, a large number of interlaced laths and slats at large angular grain boundaries exist in the room-temperature microstructure of 9Ni steel. Such interfacial surfaces remarkably refine the microstructure after quenching, Quenching temperature increases and coarsening. When the quenching temperature is about 800 ℃, the roughening tendency is gentle and the average grain size is within 5μm. When the grain size exceeds 800 ℃, the small grains with the size of 1 ~ 2μm gradually disappear and the roughening speed is significantly accelerated.
