目的:观察加减银红丸对盆腔炎性疾病大鼠TNF-α、NF-κB、Caspase-3的影响。方法:以Wistar雌性大鼠为实验对象,采用机械损伤加混合细菌感染法建立盆腔炎性疾病动物模型,运用银红丸的3个优化组方对模型大鼠进行治疗,观察各组大鼠治疗前后血清中TNF-α的浓度变化,及大鼠子宫内膜NF-κB、Caspase-3的表达情况。结果:F、G组与模型组间比较,对各指标均有显著治疗意义,E组对NF-κB的反应不敏感,对TNF-α、Caspase-3的治疗效果显著。结论:加减银红丸对盆腔炎性疾病模型大鼠疗效显著。
Objective: To observe the effects of plus and minus Yinhong pills on TNF-α, NF-κB and Caspase-3 in rats with pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods: The animal model of pelvic inflammatory disease was established by Wistar female rats with mechanical injury and mixed bacterial infection. The rats were treated with three optimized prescriptions of Yinhong Wan, Serum TNF-α concentration changes, and rat endometrium NF-κB, Caspase-3 expression. Results: Compared with model group, there was significant therapeutic effect on each index between group F and group G. Group E was insensitive to the response of NF-κB, and had a significant therapeutic effect on TNF-α and Caspase-3. Conclusion: The addition and subtraction of Yinhongwan pelvic inflammatory disease model rats significant effect.
