采用液态金属X射线衍射仪分析了不同成分Al-Si合金的液态结构,获得了结构因子曲线,径向分布函数及配位数,对不同成分液态合金径向分布函数进行了5个Gauss峰分解,同时考察了Sr对Al—12.5%Si合金的液态结构的影响.结果表明,在共晶及过共晶的合金的液态结构中,存在着Si—Si共价键,Sr有削弱这些共价键的倾向.
The liquid structure of Al-Si alloy with different composition was analyzed by liquid metal X-ray diffractometer. The structure factor curve, radial distribution function and coordination number were obtained. Five Gauss peak decompositions were performed on the radial distribution function of liquid alloy. The effect of Sr on the liquid structure of Al-12.5% Si alloy was also investigated. The results show that there exists Si-Si covalent bond in the liquid structure of the eutectic and hypereutectic alloys, Sr tends to weaken these covalent bonds.
