现阶段“阳光体育”的教学理念在各大高校成为热门话题,由于高校公共体育课程的工具性特征,并没有起到真正提高学生身体素质的作用,所以以“阳光体育”理念为指导,旨在增加高校公共体育课程的人文性,优化高校公共体育课程设置,切实提高学生参与体育课程的积极性,改善其身体素质,做到全面发展,本文就从“含义”和“措施”两方面讨论一下新时期“阳光体育”下高校公共体育课程设置,为相关教育者提供参考。
At this stage, the teaching concept of “Sunshine Sports” has become a hot topic in all colleges and universities.
