本文通过对体力活动的概述,以及已有的研究得出体力活动能促进心理健康,有助于降低心理应激水平,减轻心理压力,减少抑郁、自卑、依赖等心理困扰,提高人际关系适应、情绪适应等能力,心理健康同样有利于健身活动,并能促进健身效果的增加和运动成绩的提高,并阐述了终身体力活动对心理健康的重要性,鼓励人们选择合适的运动方式增加心理效益。
