孔隙水压力是软土地区预制桩施工和科学研究经常观测的项目之一,孔隙水压力计埋设质量的好坏直接影响观测效果。本文针对孔隙水压力计埋设过程中出现的问题,摸索出一套在深厚软土地区埋设孔压计的适用方法,利用自制砂袋,保证了孔隙水压力计进水口畅通,巧用安装夹具,解决了因缩孔而导致孔隙水压力计埋设不到位的问题,实现了一孔埋设多个孔压计。孔隙水压力检测结果表明,采用本文提出的孔隙水压力计埋设方法,能得到较为准确的测试结果,且施工方便,孔压计定位准确。
Pore water pressure is one of the frequently observed projects of prefabricated pile construction and scientific research in soft soil areas. The quality of buried pore pressure gauges directly affects the observation results. In this paper, aiming at the problems occurred during the embedment process of pore water pressure gauge, a set of applicable methods for embossing the pore pressure gauge in the deep soft soil area was explored. By using the self-made sand bag, the water inlet of the pore water pressure gauge was ensured to be smooth, Which solves the problem that the pore water pressure gauge can not be embedded due to the shrinkage cavity and realizes that a plurality of pore pressure gauges are embedded in one hole. The test results of pore water pressure show that the method of embedding the pore water pressure gauge proposed in this paper can get more accurate test results and has convenient construction and accurate positioning of the hole pressure gauge.
