目的：寻找更为安全可靠、矫正满意的治疗鼻中隔高位、后段偏曲的手术方法。方法：采用鼻内窥镜技术，行鼻中隔高位、后段偏曲矫正术。结果：对１０９ 例患者术后１～５０ 个月的疗效观察表明，该方法可安全、彻底地矫正高位、后段的鼻中隔偏曲，满意地改善患者的鼻腔通气、嗅觉，有效地控制鼻腔粘连的发生和减少鼻息肉、鼻窦炎的复发。结论：该法与传统的鼻中隔粘膜下矫正术比较，具有安全和疗效持久等优点，是一种值得临床推广的方法
Objective: To find a safer and more reliable method for the treatment of high nasal septum and posterior segment deviation. Methods: Nasal endoscopic technique was used to treat nasal septum high and posterior segment deviation correction. Results: The observation of 109 cases of postoperative 1 to 50 months showed that this method can safely and thoroughly correct the deviation of the upper and posterior segments of the nasal septum, improve the nasal ventilation and sense of smell, and effectively control nasal adhesions The occurrence and reduction of nasal polyps, sinusitis recurrence. Conclusion: Compared with the traditional submachial resection of nasal septum, this method has the advantages of long-term safety and long-term efficacy, which is worthy of clinical promotion
