创业于1869年的东京银座之松屋“老店铺”代表一都心型百货公司。由于多种因素,使其公司在20世纪70年代面临了经营危机。为摆脱这一困境,该公司召集全体人员,开始了“松屋重建计划”即CI计划。并配合引进以英文字母标示的系列及其他战略,使得松屋获得进入百货市场机会,并且一举获得成功。在此我们将该公司所采用的系列计划及设计,奉献给读者,以供借鉴。
The “old shop” of Matsuoka Ginza, which was established in 1869, represents a heart-shaped department store. Due to various factors, the company faced a business crisis in the 1970s. In order to get out of this dilemma, the company called all the staff and started the Matsuya Reconstruction Project, the CI program. In conjunction with the introduction of series and other strategies marked with English letters, Matsuya obtained the opportunity to enter the department store market and succeeded in one stroke. Here, we will dedicate the series of plans and designs adopted by the company to readers for reference.
