采用不同的爆炸焊接工艺爆炸复合了铝合金/纯铝/钢与铝合金/钢/钢复合板,并对其结合界面形态进行了显微观察与分析,测量了爆炸焊接界面的波形参数,探讨了不同爆炸焊接工艺及不同材料对爆炸复合界面波形参数的影响.结果表明:爆炸焊接界面波形受爆炸焊接工艺及材料性能的影响,当基、复板材料性能相差较大时,易形成平直界面,波形不明显;当基、复板材料相同或相近时,界面易形成有规律的正弦波形.当焊接材料相同时,随着爆炸焊接装药密度的增加,界面波长、波高均有所增加.
Explosion of aluminum alloy / pure aluminum / steel and aluminum alloy / steel / steel composite plate by different explosion welding techniques was carried out. Microstructure and microstructure of the interface were observed and analyzed. The waveform parameters of the interface were measured. The results show that the waveform of the explosion welding interface is affected by the explosion welding process and the material properties. When the performance of the materials of the base and the composite board is quite different, it is easy to form the straight The interface and the waveform are not obvious.When the materials are the same or similar, the interface is easy to form a regular sinusoidal waveform.When the welding materials are the same, the interface wavelength and wave height increase with the explosive charge density increasing .
