落石是导致埋地输气管道破坏的主要载荷形式之一,工程中需要解决落石对管道的动态响应问题,落石对埋地输气管道动力响应问题的本质是落石-土-埋地管道组成的体系在冲击荷载下的动力响应。利用LS-DYNA有限元软件,从管道内压、落石水平距离、管道厚度等方面对落石冲击荷载作用下埋地输气管道的动力响应问题进行了数值模拟研究,得出了管道应力等变化规律。其计算结果对埋地输气管道的风险评估、设计和施工具有一定的参考价值。
Rockfall is one of the main load forms that lead to the destruction of buried gas pipeline. In engineering, the dynamic response of rockfall to the pipeline needs to be solved. The essence of the dynamic response of rockfall to buried gas pipeline is the composition of rockfall-soil-buried pipeline Dynamic response of system under impact load. The finite element software LS-DYNA was used to simulate the dynamic response of buried gas pipeline under the impact load of rockfall from the aspects of internal pressure of pipeline, horizontal distance of rockfall and thickness of pipeline, and the variation rules of pipeline stress . The calculation results have certain reference value for risk assessment, design and construction of buried gas pipeline.
