通过考察铁基多元合金堆焊层经200~600℃保温不同时间后的硬度变化,结合金相组织的分析,研究了铁基多元合金堆焊层的抗软化性。结果表明,该堆焊层具有较好的抗软化性,并有二次硬化现象,经500℃保温2 h后,出现硬度高峰值51.5 HRC;经500℃保温20 h后,硬度略有降低,但与焊态堆焊层硬度值相当。
The anti-softening property of the iron-based multi-component alloy surfacing layer was studied by investigating the change of hardness of the iron-based multi-component alloy surfacing layer after 200 ~ 600 ℃ heat preservation at different time and combining with the microstructure analysis. The results show that the surfacing layer has better softening resistance and secondary hardening phenomenon. The peak hardness value of 51.5 HRC after 500 ℃ heat preservation for 2 h appears. After 500 ℃ heat preservation for 20 h, the hardness slightly decreases, However, it is equivalent to the hardness of welded surfacing layer.
