少数民族贫困生在高校中是比较特殊的人群,由于特殊的家庭背景、价值认同等因素使他们在面对就业时呈现出多重矛盾,这些矛盾在一定程度上阻碍了少数民族贫困生的顺利就业。要完善就业配套制度,加大对少数民族贫困生就业的关注度;加强对少数民族贫困生的职业生涯规划的系统性培训;以班主任、辅导员为主对少数民族贫困生进行就业个性化指导;培养少数民族贫困生自主性,加强实践能力。
Due to the special family background and value recognition, the poor ethnic minority students in colleges and universities are quite special people, which make them face multiple conflicts in the face of employment.
