随着社会经济的不断进步,我国经济水平进入一个崭新的阶段,企业面临的风险性和竞争力不断增大,外加投资、收益方面的不确定性,可能会引发企业财务资源、财务调动以及财务统筹方面等一系列问题。如果能将柔性管理作为企业经营管理的主要模式,势必会增加企业的环境适应能力,相对于传统的管理模式来说,柔性管理是一种具有独特之处的管理概念。在企业经济管理当中,将柔性管理应用于企业经济管理,一改往日刚性管理强行执行的模式,代之以多元讨论,全面思考的新模式。本文从柔性管理的管理模式出发,深度探讨柔性管理的作用,以及柔性管理的创新性,同时对如何更好的发挥这种管理模式进行深一步的探究。
With the continuous improvement of social economy, the economy of our country has entered a brand-new stage. The risks and competitiveness that enterprises face are constantly increasing. The uncertainty of investment and income can lead to the financial resources, financial transfer and financial Co-ordination and a series of issues. If flexible management can be regarded as the main mode of business management, it is bound to increase the ability of enterprises to adapt to the environment. Compared with the traditional management model, flexible management is a unique management concept. Among the enterprise’s economic management, the flexible management is applied to the economic management of enterprises, changing the mode of rigid enforcement of rigid management in the past and replacing it with the new mode of multiple discussion and comprehensive thinking. Based on the management mode of flexible management, this paper deeply discusses the role of flexible management and the innovation of flexible management. At the same time, it explores how to exert this management model better.
