目的探讨肝细胞生长因子受体(c-Met)及基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)与子宫内膜异位症发病机制的关系及临床意义。方法采用链霉素抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶(S-P)法检测45例盆腔子宫内膜异位症患者(内异症组)及30例非子宫内膜异位症妇女(对照组)的在位子宫内膜的c-Met与MMP-2的免疫表达水平。结果①盆腔子宫内膜异位症妇女的在位子宫内膜c-Met、MMP-2表达水平分别高于对照组(P均<0.01);②c-Met与MMP-2在两组中均呈正相关(对照组r=0.937,内异症组r=0.885)。结论类似肿瘤的转移和侵袭机制,c-Met、MMP-2在内异症的发病中发挥了重要作用。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of hepatocyte growth factor receptor (c-Met) and matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) and the pathogenesis of endometriosis and its clinical significance. Methods 45 patients with pelvic endometriosis (endometriosis group) and 30 non-endometriosis women (control group) were detected by streptavidin-peroxidase (SP) Of eutopic endometrial c-Met and MMP-2 levels of immune expression. Results ① The levels of c-Met and MMP-2 in eutopic endometrium of pelvic endometriosis patients were higher than those of control group (all P <0.01). ② The expressions of c-Met and MMP-2 in both groups were positive (Control group r = 0.937, endometriosis group r = 0.885). Conclusion Similar to tumor metastasis and invasion mechanisms, c-Met and MMP-2 play an important role in the pathogenesis of endometriosis.
