由于视觉的参与,温度性眼震受到抑制已成为人们熟知的现象。当中枢神经系统罹患疾病时,其抑制就有所减弱,有时消失,这也是众所周知的事实。作者对38例中枢神经系统疾病的患者进行了观察,在视觉参与下就温度性眼震的抑制率做了调查。并就这种抑制率与眼球运动机能(尤其是同静止物体的固视机能和转动物体的追踪功能)之间有无相关性,进行了定量分析研究。检查方法是以眼震电记录仪做记录。并做了下述几项平衡机能检查:
Due to visual involvement, temperature nystagmus suppression has become a well-known phenomenon. It is also a well-known fact that when the central nervous system suffers from a disease, its inhibition is weakened and sometimes disappears. The authors observed 38 patients with central nervous system diseases and investigated the rate of suppression of temperature nystagmus with visual involvement. The correlation between the inhibition rate and eye movement function (especially the fixation function of stationary object and tracking function of rotating object) was quantitatively studied.
