PH=9.20的Na2B4O7-NAOH缓冲溶液中,十二烷基苯磺酸钠和三乙醉胺存在下,Cd(Ⅱ)和铬黑T瓜形成配位比为1:1的紫红色配合物,基于该显色瓜的最适条件测定镉的胶束增溶分光兴度法,在最大波长560mm处表观摩乐尔系数,e=6.68*106L.cm.cn-1,镉浓度在0~8.0pg/ml范围内服从比耳定律,回归方程A=0.169+5.0*10-3Ccd(pg/ml),r=0.9996,检出限为1.0*10-12g/ml。本法用于小样中镉的测定,结果满意。

The regression equation was A = 0.169 + 5.0 * 10-3Ccd (pg / ml), r = 0.9996 with the detection limit of 1.0 * 10-12g / ml. This method is used for the determination of cadmium in the sample with satisfactory results.
