“规范是生命线、创新是驱动力、发展是硬道理”是江苏烟草的工作主线,是企业健康发展、赖以生存的重要基础和保障。提升规范管理水平,对现代企业的健康、持续、可协调发展显得尤为重要。本文通过论述规范管理的重要意义,结合基层烟草商业企业实际,提出了保障和践行规范管理的途径,借此推动企业稳步发展。 “Norms are the lifeline, innovation is the driving force, the development is the last word ” is the main line of work in Jiangsu Tobacco is the healthy development of enterprises, an important foundation and guarantee for survival. To enhance the standard management level is of great importance to the healthy, sustainable and coordinated development of modern enterprises. By discussing the importance of standard management and combining with the reality of grass-roots tobacco commercial enterprises, this paper puts forward ways to guarantee and practice standardized management so as to promote the steady development of enterprises.
