在以生产与运用为主导来指导企业发展的当下,市场上需要的人力资源已逐渐从知识丰富的技术性人才转变为操作能力强的动手型人才。在这样的条件下,传统的中职院校培养人才的方式已经逐渐不能满足当今市场的需要。因此,中职院校的教学模式亟须针对市场的需要,并结合学校的实际情况,对教学模式进行改革。本文主要从当今教学模式弊端的分析和中职院校的教学条件入手,对中职院校化工课程教学模式的改革进行了简要的分析。 At present, the human resources needed in the market are gradually transformed from knowledgeable and technical talents to hands-on talents with strong operational capabilities. This article mainly analyzes the shortcomings of the current teaching mode and the teaching conditions of secondary vocational schools, and makes a brief analysis of the reform of the teaching mode of chemical engineering courses in secondary vocational schools.
