统计分析了X80管道的主要结构与力学参数,包括母材屈服强度、母材拉伸强度、焊缝拉伸强度,母材冲击功、焊缝冲击功、热影响区冲击功及管道压力,这些参数均服从正态分布,给出了其均值和标准偏差,并采用威布尔分布和对数正态分布计算缺陷分布。基于FAD技术和Monte-Carlo法,采用国外目标可靠度指标对长距离含缺陷X80输气管道的可靠性进行评估,结果表明:即使存在缺陷漏检,含缺陷X80输气管道的可靠度也完全可以满足标准要求。该方法适用于输气管道的安全评定,具有工程实用价值。
