中心凸台压实工艺和锥形板镦粗工艺是常用的两种大型饼类锻件镦粗方式。利用Forge锻造模拟软件模拟了两种工艺镦粗的核电管板锻件。结果表明:采用中心凸台压实工艺的坯料心部在镦粗过程中一直存在三向压应力,且心部产生了变形,但上下端面仍存在难变形区;采用锥形板镦粗工艺的坯料心部在镦粗过程中一直存在两向拉应力,虽迫使与锥板接触部位的坯料产生了变形,消除了难变形区,但心部并没有产生有效变形。
Center boss compaction process and cone plate upsetting process is commonly used in two large forging upsetting pie. Forge forging simulation software was used to simulate two kinds of upsetting nuclear tube forgings. The results show that there is always three-direction compressive stress in the center of the billet during the upsetting process and the deformation of the core, but there are still difficult deformation zones in the upper and lower end faces. The billet core has two-way tensile stress in the upsetting process. Although the billet in the contact area with the cone plate is forced to deform, the difficult deformation zone is eliminated, but the heart does not produce effective deformation.
