运用加味补肝汤对 2 0例辨证为肝血虚证的缺铁性贫血 (IDA)患者进行治疗 ,采用放射免疫法 (RIA)对治疗前后血浆精氨酸加压素 (AVP)水平进行测定。结果表明 ,加味补肝汤能显著降低IDA患者血浆AVP水平。提示加味补肝汤是治疗肝血虚证的有效方剂。
20 cases of iron deficiency anemia (IDA) patients with syndrome of hepatic blood deficiency syndrome were treated with Jiawei Bugan Decoction. Plasma arginine vasopressin (AVP) levels were measured before and after treatment by radioimmunoassay (RIA). . The results showed that Jiawei Bugan Decoction can significantly reduce plasma AVP levels in patients with IDA. Tips Jiawei Bugan Decoction is an effective prescription for treating liver and blood deficiency.
