目的:提高门诊药房的药学服务质量,保证患者安全、有效、经济的使用药物。方法:创立科学合理的药学服务制度,加强药师的思想道德建设,提高药师的学术水平及专业素养。结果:门诊药师的执业水平和综合素质明显提高,门诊医师及患者对门诊药房的药学服务满意度显著提升。结论:建立健全门诊药房的各项规章制度,加强药师的自我管理,开展个性化药学服务是提高门诊药房的药学服务质量的关键。
OBJECTIVE: To improve the quality of pharmacy services in outpatient pharmacies and to ensure the safe, effective and economical use of medicines by patients. Methods: To establish a scientific and rational pharmacy service system, strengthen pharmacists’ ideological and moral construction, and improve the academic level and professionalism of pharmacists. Results: Outpatient pharmacists ’practicing level and overall quality were significantly improved. Outpatients and patients’ satisfaction with pharmacy services in outpatient pharmacies was significantly improved. Conclusion: Establishing and improving various rules and regulations of outpatient pharmacy, strengthening self-management of pharmacists and carrying out personalized pharmacy services are the keys to improve the pharmacy service quality of outpatient pharmacies.
