本工程写字楼为办公建筑,结构高度169.1m,采用框筒结构。针对结构超高、楼板局部大开洞、局部穿层柱及核心筒外侧墙体取消带来的扭转不利影响等超限特点,采取相应加强措施,并采用多个分析软件进行多遇地震反应谱分析,同时对结构进行抗震性能化设计、弹性时程分析和罕遇地震作用下弹塑性时程分析。计算分析结果表明,采取相应措施后,各项指标均满足规范要求且满足设定抗震性能目标要求,结构具有良好的抗震性能。
