采用激发态DF(v)传能给CO2(0000)的方式,在双波段激光实验平台中的CO2增益模块上实现了10P20(944.27cm-1)、10P12(955.26cm-1)CO2激光输出。从流量控制、燃料注入方式、最佳光轴位置、功率稳定性和激光光斑五个方面开展研究,获得了DF-CO2激光最大输出功率为2.3W,激光器运转腔压为2kPa左右。
The CO2 laser output of 10P20 (944.27cm-1) and 10P12 (955.26cm-1) was achieved on the CO2 gain module of dual-band laser experiment platform by using the excited state DF (v) energy transfer to CO2 (0000). From the aspects of flow control, fuel injection method, optimum optical axis position, power stability and laser spot, the maximum output power of DF-CO2 laser is 2.3W and the cavity pressure of laser is about 2kPa.
