为了明确纯弯段长度对波纹腹板钢梁抗弯性能的影响,利用有限元软件ANSYS建立波纹腹板钢梁模型,通过从构件破坏模式、受力发展、应力分布等方面与相关试验结果作对比,验证了数值建模方法的合理性,在此基础上,改变纯弯段长度,对波纹腹板钢梁进行参数化抗弯分析。结果表明:波纹腹板钢梁承载力较高,承载力和抗变形能力随纯弯段的增加有相应增长,且承载力还与荷载施加位置有关,应尽量避免在腹板波浪弯折处上方施加荷载。
In order to clarify the effect of pure bending length on the flexural behavior of corrugated web steel beams, a finite element software ANSYS was used to establish the corrugated web steel beam model. Comparing with the related test results from the component failure mode, force development and stress distribution, The rationality of the numerical modeling method is verified. On the basis of this, the length of pure bending section is changed and the parametric bending analysis of corrugated web steel beam is carried out.
