目的:建立同时检查中成药和保健品中非法添加西地那非和氨基他达拉非的快速检测方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对添加成分与基质进行初步分离。采用表面增强拉曼光谱技术对薄层板上的微量物质进行表面增强拉曼检测(SERS),并通过与已知对照品薄层表面增强拉曼光谱建立的模型,来测定中成药和保健品中非法添加西地那非和氨基他达拉非物。实验中通过优化薄层展开体系和银胶浓度,并考察掺杂成分的最低检测限,初步建立两种非法添加化学成分的TLC-SERS检测方法。结果:TLC-SERS联用法可快速、准确、灵敏地检测出中成药和保健品中所添加的化学药物。最终检测出5个品种有两种非法添加了化学成分。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a rapid test method for simultaneous detection of sildenafil and tadalafil in Chinese patent medicines and health supplements. Methods: Thin-layer chromatography (TLC) was used to preliminarily separate the components from the matrix. Surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) was used to detect the trace substances on the thin plate, and the model established by the surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy with the known reference substance was used to determine the proprietary Chinese medicines and health products Illegally added sildenafil and amino-tadalafil. In the experiment, two TLC-SERS methods for illegally adding chemical components were preliminarily established by optimizing the thin-layer system and silver colloid concentration and examining the minimum detection limit of doping components. Results: The TLC-SERS method can rapidly, accurately and sensitively detect the added chemical drugs in Chinese patent medicines and health products. The final detection of five varieties of two illegal addition of chemical composition.
