目的 建立消毒剂中银离子的火焰原子吸收分光光度测定法.方法 把稀释后或使用浸提法处理的消毒剂样品经原子吸收分光光度计检测其中的银离子含量,并对方法准确性进行评估.结果 银离子含量在0~3 mg/L范围内,原子吸收的吸光值和消毒剂中的银离子含量呈线性关系,线性方程为A=-2.67×10-4+0.026x,相关系数为r=0.9999,检出限为0.01 mg/L,定量下限为0.04 mg/L.相对标准偏差为1.38%,加标回收率在95%~105%之间,满足组分含量相关的加标回收率的要求.结论 消毒剂中的银离子含量检测方法速度快,检出限低、干扰少、重现性好且定量准确度高.“,”Objective To set up a rapid and accurate method to determine the silver ions in disinfectant.Methods The atomic absorption spectrophotometer was used to detect silver ions content in disinfectant and the accuracy of the method was evaluated.Results The content of silver ions particles was within the scope of 0 ~3 mg/L.The atomic absorption of light absorption value had a linear relation with silver content in disinfectant,and the linear equation was A =2.67 ×10-4 +0.026x,the correlation coefficient was r =0.9999.The detection limit was 0.01 mg/L,and the quantitative lower limit was 0.04 mg/L.The relative standard deviation was 1.38%,and the standard addition recovery rate was between 95%and 105%,that could meet the requirements of the standard recovery of component content.Conclusion The methods that set up in this study can detect the silver ions content in disinfectant quickly and accurately,with the advantages of low limit,low interference,good reproducibility and high quantitative accuracy.
