Gold mineralization in the North Mocincin Mountains is generated following the intrusive action of the syenite-porphyry. Radial and concentric fractures are accompanied by the intrusion of the cap rocks and small rocks in the center of the syenite-porphyry. Fluids cause alteration and rock mineralization of the surrounding rock and produce structural breccias. The age of the main rock cap was 66 Ma, which was confirmed by seven radioactive measurements. This figure is not much larger than the zircon age (59 Ma) in the branches of the three small altered porphyries. Zircon alteration porphyry ages indicate that this or
