宫内节育器(IUD)一次性置入宫腔,可避孕多年,是一种相对安全、有效、简便、经济、可逆的节育方法。放置IUD导致子宫穿孔、IUD异位是较罕见的并发症。我院自2 0 0 0年以来共收治IUD异位并穿出子宫患者11例,多数经腹腔镜手术取出。现将临床资料报告如下。1　资料与方法1.1　一般 Intrauterine device (IUD) one-time placement of the uterine cavity, contraception for many years, is a relatively safe, effective, simple, economical and reversible method of birth control.
