目的:观察益智仁挥发油羟丙基-β-环糊精(HP-β-CD)包合物的制备工艺,并对包合物质量进行研究。方法:以油与HP-β-CD比例、包合温度、包合时间为考察指标,以挥发油利用率、包合物得率为评价指标,采用L9(34)正交试验考察益智仁挥发油HP-β-CD包合工艺条件;采用紫外光谱、气相色谱-质谱法对包合物进行鉴定。结果:最优包合工艺为益智仁挥发油与HP-β-CD的体积重量比为1∶8(mL/g),包合时间2.0h,包合温度为35℃;挥发油性质在包合前后没有发生变化。结论:该包合工艺稳定,省时节能,适合益智仁挥发油的包合,为益智仁中药制剂的研发提供新的方法。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the preparation process of the essential oil of HPG-β-cyclodextrin (HP-β-CD), and to study the quality of the inclusion compound. Methods: The ratio of oil to HP-β-CD, inclusion temperature and inclusion time were used as indexes to evaluate the utilization rate of volatile oil and the yield of inclusion compound. L9 (34) HP-β-CD inclusion process conditions; using UV spectroscopy, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry for inclusion complex identification. Results: The optimal combination process was the volume ratio of Volatile Oil to HP-β-CD was 1: 8 (mL / g), the inclusion time was 2.0h and the inclusion temperature was 35 ℃. Before and after no change. Conclusion: The inclusion process is stable, time saving and energy saving, suitable for the inclusion of the volatile oil, which provides a new method for the research and development of the Chinese traditional medicine preparation.
