1971年Foster和Hochholzer发表了用二乙醛二肟、As_2O_5、安替比林配制成单一试剂,测定血清尿素氮的直接比色定量法。本文作者试用后,认为存在问题较多,很难作为常规检查之用。因此,对单一试剂中试药的组成、加热时间等作了若干修改,使本法适于常规检查之用。现将改良法介绍如下。显色试剂 As_2O_5 7.5克,NaOH 5.3克,H_2O约800毫升;加热溶解,直至加入酚酞指示剂后粉红色消失,再加浓H_2SO_4 21毫升,于室温中冷却后再加入安替比林 2.3克,二乙醛二肟 3.8克加水至1000毫升。操作血清0.02毫升,显色试剂 5.0毫升,混合后,于100℃水浴中加热5分钟,取出冷却后,于分光光度计上用460毫微米(nm)波长测定其吸光度。结果
