研究直接主管实施的参与决策式管理(下文简称参与决策)对下属员工知识分享的影响,并探讨互动公正对上述影响过程的中介作用。以广东省13个组织中114对上下属为研究对象。结果表明:参与决策会提升下属互动公正知觉,进而提升他们的知识分享水平。
To study the influence of participation in direct decision-making management (hereinafter referred to as decision-making) on knowledge-sharing among employees and to explore the intermediary role of interaction justice in the above-mentioned impact process. In the 13 organizations in Guangdong Province, 114 pairs of the upper and lower as the research object. The results show that participating in decision-making will enhance the impartial perception of subordinate interactions and further enhance their level of knowledge sharing.
